The Norfolk Tomiki Kwai is an Aikido club run by dedicated and qualified instructors in the Norwich area.
The style taught is Tomiki Aikido and training includes throws, locks and weapons.
Aikido is a Japanese martial art and is a very effective form of self-defence, often taught to the police.
You do not have to be physically strong to practise Aikido and since the principles of Aikido are based on using an attacker’s strength against them, it is suitable for adults of all ages and ability.
